We were fortunate to work with an owner who was open-minded enough to realise that a factory can be both functional and stylish. The first thing you notice as you approach the larger, new-look facility is the striking façade on the steel structure with its bold red and white aluminium clad office area contrasted against the new charcoal and softer grey precast walls.
The kitchen and washroom facilities are modern and functional with clean lines, modern tapware, floor to ceiling tiles in the washroom and a sheer frameless glass shower screen.
