We were engaged to provide a strategic master plan for 10-15 years plan. We worked together with the senior and executive team at PVL . We identified facilities or buildings that required upgrade, complete renovation and also planned for future facilities.
The aged care and seniors living Masterplan project consisted in:
- Upgrade of existing hostel
- Upgrade of independent living units
- Upgrade and large renovation to the existing nursing home
- Upgrade of existing 2 storey aged care facility
- New 3 storey aged care facility
- Multistorey carpark
- New 3 storey building containing serviced apartments, training centre, medical centre, cafe and administration area
- Retirement villas
- New commercial kitchen and laundry facilities
- New childcare centre
